High Performance New Construction (HPNC) Program
What is it?
It's part of the Ontario Power Authority's energy conservation

It's a three-year program and applications will be accepted
until late fall 2010. Projects must be completed and energy savings verified by
a Project Evaluator by the end of 2012.
What is the benefit to your company?

As the building owner, you may
receive incentives of $250 to $400 per kilowatt saved. You further benefit because
energy efficiency means lower operating costs and greater marketability in the
future. Architects who incorporate energy efficiency into eligible building designs
are also eligible for $50 - $100 per kilowatt saved.
