Questions and Answers - Round Two

Q1: We would like to have clarification on Project Financing Documentation. In our application we have executed copies of conditional finance agreements included, except for bridge financing of the Provincial Grant. During discussion with financers it was advised that this should be put in place when and if the province offers terms for their support. Will the application evaluators require a conditional finance agreement for bridge financing in addition to the term financing?

A1: A conditional finance agreement for bridge financing is not necessary at the time of application.
